A Lasting Impulse is a 2017 53 1/2” chestnut POA stallion with a blanket.  Bred and raised by Leo and Lee Ann Haack, “Buddy” is the last colt foaled by POA Hall of Fame stallion First Impulse and out of Congress Champion producing mare RY Liberty.  RY Liberty has produced several great POAs sired by First Impulse, including Laced In Impulse, ROM(H), and ROM(NT) shown by Katie Meyer.

 

Buddy has a gorgeous head, is correct, and very well balanced. He is a great mover, with a natural headset and good legged.
